Key Features:
- 2 in 1: Primer + finish
- High opacity: reduction in the number of coats required and saves time
- Treatment of rusty surfaces thanks to its anti-corrosion principle
- Applied on metal (perfect hold on metal that has expansion constraints thanks to its great flexibility), wood and masonry
- Bio-based binder formula
- FOOD GRADE
- Biodegradable in the liquid state
- Drying at low temperature
- Highly resistant to UV rays, inclement weather and salt spray
DETAILS
Area of application
PROTECTHAN HYDRO is a high-performance, anti-corrosion, high solids, bio-based urethane plant oil paint for all substrates, 2 in 1.
Environmentally friendly, PROTECTHAN HYDRO is directly applied on metal including rust, but also on many types of wood and masonry. Its bio-based urethane enriched formula provides very high resistance indoors as well as outdoors, to mechanical, chemical and UV aggressions. Its great flexibility ensures perfect smoothing on substrates that have expansion constraints. Its high covering power, its excellent smoothing, with a brush as well as with a gun ensures a very meticulous finish.
PROTECTHAN HYDRO comes in white, black and a tinting base.
For all other substrates: ask Cimentol Paints for advice on info@cimentol.fr
Procedure
1. Preparation of the background
PROTECTHAN HYDRO is applied on sound, dry, clean and coherent substrates after dust removal and degreasing.
See the preparation table for metals.
2. Use of PROTECTHAN HYDRO
PROTECTHAN HYDRO is ready to use for application with a brush, roller or gun.
For application with a pneumatic gun, or better smoothing, dilute to about 5 to 10% with PROTECTHAN DILUENT%.
