Area of application
NEXOL HYDRO is a Premium quality bio-base urethane resin paint in the aqueous phase for worksites that are environmentally friendly. Intended for protecting and decorating solicited floors and walls (type: intense domestic traffic)
NEXOL HYDRO can be used indoors as well as outdoors and is very easy to apply on floors of concrete, wood, coatings, PVC, old paint. NEXOL HYDRO is perfectly suited for parking floors, cellars, balconies, service stairwells, etc.

Procedure
1. Preparation of the background
Apply to porous degreased substrates (use NEPSOL) that are clean and coherent.
Check with us for use on asphalt.
On old adherent paint, sand slightly to roughen the substrate.
On doubtful substrates, apply our universal primer WATPRIM (minimum 2 coats).
2. Preparation of NEXOL HYDRO
NEXOL HYDRO is ready to use.
If the substrate is porous, add 3 to 5% water in the first coat, the second coat will be used pure.
Comply with an interval of 4 hours between the coats.
3. Finishing/Maintaining
- Anti-skid finish: To reinforce the anti-skid nature of your floor, it is recommended to mix the product with our anti-skid silica MG, apply a first coat (100 to 150 g/m²) Sweep before applying the second coat.
4. Recommendations for use
- Check the durability of the substrate and conduct the preparation operations in accordance with the table in the FLOOR SYSTEM file
- Comply with the technical data below concerning temperature, humidity, etc.
- Use of the product indoors or outdoors under cover
- It is important to work with the final coat with the same manufacturing bath in order to avoid reworking.
Precautions for use
- Safety/hygiene: flammable; keep out of the reach of children, avoid prolonged contact with the skin, wash hand frequently, do not ingest.
- Comply with the instructions on the labels and safety sheets.
- Usual reserves: indirect contact. Ventilate during and after application. Do not use in a confined area. Wear suitable protective equipment.

Application of this type of product falls under DTU 59.3. It is the responsibility of the applicator to ensure compliance with these rules, because they are engaging their liability.
