Application area
EKOTHAN HES is a 2-component, aliphatic modified, high performance polyurethane coating.
Available as varnish or paint, with a gloss finish, it is designed to protect and decorate a wide range of surfaces that are heavily exposed to mechanical and chemical attack and harsh weather conditions.
Very versatile, it can be applied to floors, walls and rusted metal surfaces thanks to its anti-corrosion properties. This product is highly recommended for exterior use as UV protection for epoxy systems or previously painted surfaces. Its tough yet flexible film makes it suitable for applications such as sports floors, balconies, markings, etc. It is also very easy to clean.

How to use
- Surface preparation
EKOTHAN HES should be applied to sound, dry, clean and even surfaces after removing dust and grease. After preparing the rusted surfaces, we recommend applying a coat of KARAX RUST CONVERTER.
- Using EKORENOV
EKOTHAN HES is ready to use. Apply with a brush, roller or spray gun.
Pour all the hardener into the base.

- Health and safety: non-flammable; keep out of the reach of children.
- Follow the instructions on the labels and safety data sheets.
Standard NF P74 – 201 and 2, ref. DTU 59.1 ‘painting works’ sets out the professional rules for substrate preparation.
It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that these rules are met.
